HostHive Market (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides an online marketplace where vendors can discover and book pop-up shop spaces listed by hosts. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

3. User Accounts

All agreements are directly between vendors and hosts.

 

5. Listings & Bookings

Hosts:

  • Must provide accurate listing details (photos, pricing, availability)
  • Are responsible for honoring bookings

Hosts:

  • Must review listings carefully before booking
  • Agree to pay the listed price and any applicable fees

6. Payments

  • Payments may be processed via third-party providers
  • We may charge service or commission fees
  • Refunds depend on host cancellation policies

We are not responsible for payment processing errors caused by third parties.

 

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Each host sets their own cancellation policy
  • Hosts should review policies before booking
  • Disputes should first be resolved between vendor and host

We may assist but are not obligated to resolve disputes.

 

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the platform for illegal activities
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Attempt to bypass platform fees
  • Interfere with platform security

9. Intellectual Property

All content on HostHive Market (logo, design, text) is owned by us or licensed.

You may NOT:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

HostHive Market is NOT liable for:

  • Losses from bookings or cancellations
  • Damages caused by vendors or hosts
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Use the platform at your own risk.

 

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HostHive Market harmless from claims, damages, or disputes arising from your use of the platform.

 

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these terms.
